Our Restaurant “Kirchbrücke” was first mentioned in 1531 as a mill.
It was started by my Grandfather Josef in 1920 and is now in the third generation. He started with a Milk Bar and as he was a passionate Fisherman he began to sell “His Trout”!
We only use Trout and Saibling from our own Waters, Local Farmers Products and Home made Desserts. Our Moto is that Enjoyment is Quality of life and we share that with our Guests.
